Belly breathing focuses only on the abdomen, Which limits how the thorax and pelvis move. Thorax breathing promotes natural 3D expansion- front,side,and back - creating balanced pressure through the thorax, abdominal wall, and pelvic floor.

그 이유는 골반안에는 골반기저근근육이 위치해있고 갈비뼈 안에는 횡경막 근육이 자리잡고 있는데 골반과 갈비뼈가 정렬을 하려면 자세가 구부정해보이지만 호흡을 통해 내부에압력을 형성하기때문에 허리가 무너지는 자세가 아닌 허리척추에 공간이 생기는 동작들이기에 수업이 종료되면 회원님들께서 편안함을 느낀다고 애기하십니다.
